  • <p>With the success and amazing feedback we've gotten from our M/S 1000RR/R/XR flashes, we wanted to turn our focus to getting air into your engine in a more efficient way. Our custom velocity stacks and revised tuning for the OEM widebands not only gives a dramatic, top-end power increase, but also doesn't loose any power in the low or midrange of the RPM. Our easy to install, custom velocity stacks don't shift the powerband over and decrease power down low. We managed to make more power where it matters.</p>
<p>We found with competitor velocity stacks that a "one size fits all" approach doesn't work for the M1000RR (K66) and S1000RR (K67) airboxes. As we have exhaustively tested this in airboxes and found dramatic power loss. Instead, we spent months testing and developed two different stack designs. One for the M1000RR and one for the S1000RR that make the best power for each. With our FTCL (full-time closed loop) tuning there's no need to worry about your bike going to lean or rich. Your bike tunes itself (BT Moto exclusive feature).</p>
<p>We are confident our velocity stacks will be a noticeable and quantifiable change in your bike that leaves you smiling every time you get off the seat.</p>
<p>BT Moto velocity stacks are developed and designed <strong>TO WORK WITH BT MOTO CUSTOM FLASHING</strong>. Flash adjustments include revised funnel actuation and fine tuning for BT Moto custom velocity stacks. <strong>*VELOCITY STACKS DO NOT REQUIRE FLASH PURCHASE BUT IS RECOMMENDED FOR ADVERTISED RESULTS*</strong></p>

<p>Made for an OEM fit, the BT Moto velocity stacks aluminum ring clamp to ensure tight fitment while also being easy to install. These are plug-and-play and require no additional modifications to your airbox to fit. Simply remove your factory velocity stacks and install ours in. Coupled with our custom flash, the combination makes an extremely easy install and tune that can be done in your own garage with basic tools or mechanical knowledge.</p>

      <p>The Gen 3 Suzuki Hayabusa uses extremely long and thin factory velocity stacks to slow down the airflow for immediate torque and daily riding response. Unfortunately, this kills the racing range of horsepower. With higher RPM the engines nods off soon and loses nearly 30HP as you rev it out to peak RPM. The BT Moto modified velocity stacks gives you almost built cylinder head power gains in an easy, bolt-on, plug-and-play package using factory hardware and air filter (optional).</p>
<p><strong>WHY FOCUS ON TOP END POWER?</strong></p>
<p>We decided on this design because it mimics what every part / aftermarket exhaust does to this platform, which is move the powerband to the right. The engine has tons of torque and displacement but absolutely just no legs as it&rsquo;s revved out compared to its 1000cc brothers. The velocity stacks equalizes this and gives the Hayabusa the advantage it needed to be competitive again.</p>
<p>We studied the other velocity stacks on the market, and some were too tall, too short, or simply didn't fit the factory airbox.. some even came apart with mileage (yikes). Since the Hayabusa isn&rsquo;t a big tune only power gainer, we knew we had to bring a hard part to complement our ECU flash.</p>
<p>We spent a lot of time building a design that captures more air at high rpm and high speed to fill the throttle bodies versus tuning it for low RPM cruising response. Our box filler design maintains a flow where no air gets trapped in corners of the airbox at speed to maximize the powerband under ram air pressure. The low rpm losses can be minimized with careful throttle and fuel tuning.</p>
<p>We highly recommend these with our flash as it&rsquo;s the best bang for your buck modification for the platform.</p>

<p>The dyno results below are from a 2022 Suzuki Hayabuya tested at our facility in Massachusetts. This bike has no modifications (other than listed) and is on 93 octane pump gas. You can see gains through the entire RPM range from down low to up high. The deeper the bike gets into the RPM range, the more power you get, at redline we gained OVER 50WHP. </div> <p>The Gen 3 Suzuki Hayabusa uses extremely long and thin factory velocity stacks to slow down the airflow for immediate torque and daily riding response. Unfortunately, this kills the racing range of horsepower. With higher RPM the engines nods off soon and loses nearly 30HP as you rev it out to peak RPM. The BT Moto modified velocity stacks gives you almost built cylinder head power gains in an easy, bolt-on, plug-and-play package using factory hardware and air filter (optional).</p>
<p><strong>WHY FOCUS ON TOP END POWER?</strong></p>
<p>We decided on this design because it mimics what every part / aftermarket exhaust does to this platform, which is move the powerband to the right. The engine has tons of torque and displacement but absolutely just no legs as it&rsquo;s revved out compared to its 1000cc brothers. The velocity stacks equalizes this and gives the Hayabusa the advantage it needed to be competitive again.</p>
<p>We studied the other velocity stacks on the market, and some were too tall, too short, or simply didn't fit the factory airbox.. some even came apart with mileage (yikes). Since the Hayabusa isn&rsquo;t a big tune only power gainer, we knew we had to bring a hard part to complement our ECU flash.</p>
<p>We spent a lot of time building a design that captures more air at high rpm and high speed to fill the throttle bodies versus tuning it for low RPM cruising response. Our box filler design maintains a flow where no air gets trapped in corners of the airbox at speed to maximize the powerband under ram air pressure. The low rpm losses can be minimized with careful throttle and fuel tuning.</p>
<p>We highly recommend these with our flash as it&rsquo;s the best bang for your buck modification for the platform.</p>

<p>Made for an OEM fit, the BT Moto velocity stacks bolt to the airbox to ensure tight fitment while also being easy to install. These are plug-and-play and require no additional modifications to your airbox to fit. Simply remove your factory velocity stacks and install. Coupled with our custom flash, the combination makes an extremely easy install and tune that can be done in your own garage, with basic tools and minimal mechanical knowledge.</p>
