This monoblock caliper, obtained from a single piece of cast aluminium which employs the most advanced casting and machining technologies in order to obtain a solid caliper body which is ultra light and has excellent stiffness and precision operating values. The hydraulics were given particular attention, as was the shape of the caliper body, both of which were the focus of technical fine-tuning. The caliper body, which houses four 34 mm diameter pistons, is characterized by significant stiffness values which are obtained thanks to the characteristic triple bridge shape.
With these cast monoblock calipers Brembo makes the technology which has been successfully employed in MotoGP available to all enthusiasts. This is technology which allows the caliper body to be obtained from a single piece of cast aluminium, thereby guaranteeing optimum stiffness.
The Brembo logo is embossed and hand painted in classic Brembo Red. The product, provided in a kit, includes sintered brake pads which represent the absolute best quality available on the market. The kit also contains an instruction manual, a set of Brembo stickers, and extremely useful heat adhesives used in racing to control caliper operating temperature, which are indicative of the product’s racing nature.
